Where are Douglas Bean products manufactured?

All of our products are designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia.

How do I place an order?

Choose the items you would like to purchase on the site. When you are satisfied, send your cart list to us by hitting the Send me a Quote button. We’ll be in contact with a price, including freight charges.

Is freight included?

No, our prices as listed exclude freight costs. Send your order through and we’ll calculate the freight based on your location and the quantities you require.

Are Douglas Bean products reusable and recyclable?

Yes - most of our items are made of durable Polypropylene, which is easily recycled by most national recycling schemes. One customer just replaced some Procedure Dressing trays after over 20 years of use, so they are very reusable.

Do you have a minimum quantity for orders?

No, we don’t have a minimum order size. You can often buy at a discount if you order whole cartons - see our downloadable catalogues for each item’s carton size. If you are a distributor, you may only buy whole cartons.

How many of each product are included in a whole carton?

You can see carton quantities in the price lists that are downloadable from site here.

How should I clean your products?

Most of our products are suitable for autoclaving. You can read our 'Instructions for Use' guide here.
